Here is a short bio of our lecturers

Marcos Ferasso has a Bachelor's degree in Management (2002) and Specialist in Business Management (2005) by Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina - São Miguel do Oeste campus. International Specialist in Local development by International Labour Organization - United Nations, Turin, Italy (2006). Prof. Ferasso concluded a perfectioning course on Strategic management of local and regional development at CEPAL/UN, Santiago de Chile, Chile (2006). Prof. Ferasso holds a M.Sc. degree in Management by Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009) with international exchange period at Euromed-Marseille Business School in Marseilles, (France) in 2008, working as visiting professor (exchange student). Prof. Ferasso also holds a Ph.D. in Management by Federal University of Parana with exchange period at Forsyth Technical Community College, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, United States of America (2018). Prof. Ferasso finalized recently his Postdoctorate in the area of Contemporary Organizational Studies from Meridional Faculty - IMED, Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with international exchange period at KEDGE Business School in Marseilles, France (2019). Currently, Prof. Ferasso is Visiting Researcher and Professor at KEDGE Business School in Marseilles campus (France). His activities comprise research, lectures and extension in Management, focusing on the following subjects: General Management, innovation management, local/regional development, knowledge management, industrial clusters, innovation ecosystems, innovation strategy, entrepreneurship, strategy & SMEs, research methods in Management, luxury market, and healthcare networked organizations. His publications have appeared in journals, such as Reports in Public Health, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, International Journal of Business Innovation and Research, International Journal of Networking and Virtual Organisations, International Journal of Environment and Sustainable Development, International Journal of Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, International Journal of Innovation Science.

Gary N. McLean (EdD, PhD hon) is a full-time professor in the PhD program in Organization Development (OD) at Assumption University, Bangkok; professor emeritus, human resource development, University of Minnesota; and former professor at Texas A&M University and at the International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is past editor of several refereed journals and served as President of AHRD and IMDA. He has been an OD consultant for over 50 years. His research has covered a broad range, including national and international HRD, gender, and OD, authoring an award-winning OD book.

Yury Y. Karaleu is The Head of the Department of Business Administration in School of Business of Belarusian State University. He has more than 25 years’ experience of teaching business courses, as well as conducting course papers, graduation papers and master’s thesis. His research domain is connected with Accounting and Business Analysis. Prof. Karaleu is a member of the editorial boards of the International Research Journal ‘Accounting and Financial Control’, and the reviewer of Financial Sciences Journal of the Publishing House of Wroclaw University of Economics.

He is also a member of an Advisory Board of the National Bank.
